Good To Know
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes. If there is a gap in the day we will fit you in. Booking ahead is still the only way to be sure of a time, and of a particular nail technician or stylist.
Do you have step-free access?
No. There is a step up from the pavement into the salon and no step-free entrance. Please call us on 07831 753970 before you travel if that is a difficulty.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, and your deposit moves with it. Cancel on the day, or not arrive, and we charge the full value of the services booked.
