Will a clear gloss change my hair colour?
No. A clear gloss uses Redken Shades EQ Crystal Clear, which carries no pigment. It adds shine and smoothness and leaves your colour exactly as it is. If you want a change of tone rather than shine, that is a colour appointment, so call and we will book you in for a consultation.
What is the difference between a gloss and a repair treatment?
A gloss works on the surface and gives you shine and smoothness straight away. Tokio Inkarami and Absolute Happiness work inside the hair to rebuild strength, so they suit hair that is damaged, over processed or breaking rather than simply dull.
Do any of the treatments straighten the hair?
No. None of them straightens your hair or reduces its volume. They work on the condition of the hair, so your natural texture and volume stay exactly as they are.
Can I have a treatment with a colour or a cut?
Yes, and it is often the best way to do it. A hair trim can be added to a gloss when you book. If you want a treatment with a colour appointment, mention it when you book so enough time is set aside.
Which length am I?
Short is above the chin, medium reaches the shoulders or collarbones, and long is below the collarbones. If you are unsure, book the shorter length and your stylist will confirm at consultation.
